CCTPA attends the Launch Ceremony of the Institute of Recycling Science and Technology
On December 23, 2025, CCTPA attended the Launch Ceremony of the Institute of Recycling Science and Technology (VRI), marking an important milestone in the industrialization and transparency of Vietnam’s recycling sector.
VRI is expected to serve as a bridge between regulatory policy, scientific research, and the practical needs of businesses, thereby enhancing competitiveness and helping enterprises meet increasingly stringent environmental standards.
Development orientation of VRI
At the ceremony, delegates emphasized VRI’s role in evaluating, screening, and proposing technology solutions that are well-suited to Vietnam’s production and business conditions.
The institute will also support enterprises in integrating eco-design into products and packaging from the early stages, laying the foundation for sustainable, environmentally friendly business models aligned with the country’s green growth strategy.
CCTPA accompanies businesses and VRI
Through the event, CCTPA acknowledged VRI’s strategic directions and reaffirmed its commitment to supporting businesses in implementing effective recycling projects. CCTPA will continue to collaborate with regulatory agencies, research environmental solutions, and promote the green transition toward Net Zero, contributing to the development of a circular economy in Vietnam, in partnership with the Institute of Recycling Science and Technology (VRI).
