CCTPA inspires global mindset and international competence for UFM students
On November 15, 2025, the “Future of Global Business by CT Group” talk at the University of Finance – Marketing (UFM) attracted more than 500 students, offering valuable insights into international business trends and equipping them with the essential tools to enter an increasingly competitive global workforce.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dung – Vice General Director of CCTPA emphasized four key competency groups that enable young generations to confidently integrate into the global environment: a global mindset, adaptability and flexibility, a spirit of innovation, and a strong professional foundation. These elements not only enhance students’ individual capabilities and support sustainable career development, but also empower them to contribute positively to society and shape their personal value in the era of globalization.
