Trainee

Job Description

Receive leads from the marketing team and handle incoming calls to provide customer consultation.

Provide information about the company’s products and services currently being offered.

Advise and answer customer inquiries related to the products on offer.

Support customers in searching for and selecting suitable products.

Record customer information and update it in the management system.

Candidate Requirements

No prior experience required.

Clear and pleasant voice.

Good problem-solving and situation-handling skills.

Honest, enthusiastic, and responsible at work.

Proficient in basic office computer skills.
