CCTPA PARTICIPATES IN THE NATIONAL STRATEGIC TECHNOLOGY EXHIBITION AT THE 1ST HCMC PARTY CONGRESS

CCTPA made a remarkable mark at the 1st Party Congress of Ho Chi Minh City with Vietnam’s first Carbon Credit Exchange model — a pivotal step toward achieving Net Zero and advancing the city’s green economic future.

From October 13 to 15, 2025, at the Ho Chi Minh City Cadre Academy, Carbon Credit Trading Platform ASEAN JSC (CCTPA) – a member of CT Group – participated in the National Strategic Technology Exhibition, held within the framework of the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, term 2025–2030.

The exhibition provided a platform for the city to showcase key technological initiatives supporting its strategy for green, circular, and sustainable economic growth. At the event, CCTPA introduced its comprehensive carbon solution ecosystem, designed to support enterprises in emission management and participation in both domestic and international carbon markets.

Highlighted solutions presented by CCTPA included:

Carbon credit exchange platform – a trading and commercialization model connecting Vietnamese enterprises with regional and global carbon markets.
CarbonFly – a UAV and LiDAR-based technology for measuring and verifying carbon stock in agriculture and forestry with high accuracy and transparency.
Catalyst – a comprehensive GHG inventory and management platform enabling businesses to monitor emissions and optimize reduction strategies.

Comrade Nguyễn Văn Được – Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, together with Comrade Lâm Đình Thắng – Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology.

Throughout the three-day event, CCTPA’s booth attracted strong interest from government agencies, organizations, and businesses. Notably, General Secretary To Lam, President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man visited the booth to learn about Vietnam’s first carbon credit trading platform, recognizing CCTPA’s contribution to advancing green and innovative technologies.

CCTPA’s participation in the exhibition marks a significant step in promoting awareness and action toward the establishment of a transparent and efficient carbon market in Vietnam. The company continues to position itself as a pioneer in developing digital platforms and technological solutions that drive the country’s green transformation – a key foundation for achieving the Net Zero by 2050 goal.

Looking ahead, CCTPA remains committed to collaborating with government bodies, local authorities, and the business community to develop an integrated and internationally aligned carbon market infrastructure. Through these efforts, CCTPA aims to contribute to making Vietnam a leading example of sustainable and low-carbon economic growth within the ASEAN region.
