On November 14, 2025, CCTPA representatives – Mr. Nguyễn Võ Trường An and Mr. Nguyễn Quốc Dũng, Vice General Directors of CCTPA – participated in the E-Talk #15 program themed “Positioning Yourself in the Digital Era – Who will Master AI?” organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (USSH-VNUHCM). The event focused on a key discussion: the role of young people in the age of AI and how they can define their identity in the digital era.
AI as a Tool – Humans remain at the center
During the seminar, CCTPA representatives shared their perspectives on how students can apply AI in learning and their careers. AI enhances analytical skills, fosters creativity, and supports the development of digital competencies; however, technology cannot replace human experience, independent thinking, or innate creativity.
The speakers encouraged students to use AI as a tool to enhance their learning and work capabilities, while also developing professional resilience to adapt to the rapidly changing labor market.
Students interested in career prospects in the AI era
Many student questions revolved around automation risks, the skills needed to stay relevant, and emerging career opportunities in a technology-driven future. The dynamic exchange demonstrated students’ proactive interest in understanding AI-related career trends.

Concluding the session, CCTPA emphasized a core message: AI may accompany humans, but intellect, values, and creativity are qualities that only people can cultivate. To take charge of their future, young individuals must build digital thinking, strengthen adaptive skills, apply technology wisely, and preserve their personal identity and professional integrity.
